My experience with Dawn and this firm has been nothing else but absolutely excellent, professional, and precise in their work. I am not a tax professional and I had overdue tax returns, funds owed, and overdue documents that needed to be filed asap. I was using a different firm in the past and I was trusting that this group was completing what needed to be done and turns out they were not. I received several threatening letters (which always take them seriously) and it got to the point where some of my business and personal bank accounts were actually cleared by the tax authorities.
I contacted Dawn in extreme stress and panic and from the first conversation she made me feel some relief and there were ways to get myself out of this horrible situation that I was in. But she was honest, she let me know that it is going to take much work not only on her end but my end as well. Her knowledge of her & her firm's area of expertise is at a level of the hall of fame. Over the last year we have been working together to get to a point where much of what was significantly past due, delinquent, and needed to be current and there was much negotiations, follow up that needed to be completed on time and in-real time. This was completed efficiently and now there is a current resolution and a road map to getting complete total resolution.
If you have ANY issues with your taxes and you are searching for an attorney/firm for any reason, you should not look any further. The work and resolution that has come is extremely beyond my expectations and Dawn is the only one that I will trust with all of my personal and business tax and accounting work for the rest of my days. Don't waste your time looking online you have found the attorney and firm at the top. Many firms don't take their customers personal concerns as well into account and Dawn is great in this area as well, with returning phone calls and emails in real-time even after hours.
Again you have found the firm to work with if you have any issues or even preventative work if needed. I will be using them from now on and be recommending them to all friends and colleagues.
