DAWN DELIA ESQ.
About Dawn Delia
"We treat your tax problems like they're our tax problems."
When you’re facing a mountain of tax debt, the last thing you want is a cold tax attorney that will toss you at the nearest paralegal.
At Delia Law, we combine a sophisticated analysis of current tax laws with personal, one-on-one attention to help you deal with the seemingly endless amounts of stress that come with owing taxes to the IRS.
After receiving her B.A. from Southern Methodist University, founding partner Dawn Delia Esq. earned her Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law in Washington D.C. with an emphasis on business and taxation law. She is licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states under IRS circular 230.
After law school, Dawn engaged in high profile antitrust defense litigation at of one of the most prestigious law firms in the nation: Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
Over the next decade, Dawn represented multinational companies in commercial litigation matters, both in federal and New York state courts. She also managed high-profile SEC internal investigations of a multinational company’s financial reporting policies.
Delia Law specializes in reducing or eliminating tax debt by settling for less than you originally owed with an Offer in Compromise. Other tax resolution options include an IRS tax audit appeal and negotiated payment plan. We regularly take on clients with tax problems so complex that certified public accountants (CPAs) and name brand tax relief firms are unable to help.
If your income is too high to qualify for an Offer in Compromise, you may qualify for the Tax Management Program where your debt is negotiated into an affordable payment plan based on your ability to pay.
To ensure Delia Law is the perfect fit you, we offer a free consultation to see which tax solutions best fit your lifestyle and future plans.
